Meet the team

Headed by Manager, Lyndon Robinson

Lyndon Robinson has a National Certificate in Basic Scaffolding, Level 3 from the New Zealand Qualifications Authority, and 20 years experience with the building industry. 

Over time there has been a huge shift in emphasis towards worker health and safety and he recognised that changing building regulations created a need for a certified, locally owned scaffolding company. 

Lyndon is determined that no half measures would be taken and has invested in the highest quality training and equipment to deliver a product and service that can fulfil a wide range of building requirements.

With two talented children, Lyndon and his wife Toni are actively involved with the coaching and administration of youth sports in Marlborough.  Rugby, netball, basketball and athletics to name but a few.  The Witherlea School Board of Trustees and the wider school community also benefit from Lyndon’s time.  This man never sleeps!

When he has time (rarely) Lyndon enjoys boating and fishing, camping, music and sport, but mainly he loves hanging out with his family.

The On-Site Crew

Hamish Sutherland Having been with Scaffold Marlborough for more than five years, and with three years previous experence in the building industry, Hamish is the most experienced member of the team and our Foreman.  He holds a National Certificate in Scaffolding, and a current Site Safe Passport.		Thomas McFadyen Thomas has been with Scaffold Marlborough for over two years, and had one year of scaffolding in England before that.  Thomas holds a National Certificate in Scaffolding and a current Site Safe Passport.
		Jordan Nichol As a casual labourer, Jordan holds a non-notifiable scaffold qualification, which allows him to oversee scaffolds built up to 5 metres. Jordan has been with Scaffold Marlborough for over a year.
